Sam’s godmother knit him a beautiful sweater with car buttons. Today it was finally cold enough here for him to wear it (over his aloha outfit – he isn’t quite familiar with the changing seasons yet). He was quite proud of it and looked very handsome.

I went to Tahoe this weekend to visit the hole. We have a pile of rocks, running water, and electricity. The forming and concrete work is supposed to start week after next. It may snow there this weekend, so we are not getting stuff done too early.
